This Addressable Single input module(Monitor Module) is designed to meet the supervisory requirements of fire protection systems. This device utilizes monitoring circuits to examine the contact status of the connected water flow switch/pressure switch, building automation etc.

Here’s how it works:

1. Continuous Supervision:

• The monitor module is constantly connected to one or more devices in the fire safety system, such as manual pull stations, water flow switches, or tamper switches.

2. State Detection:

• The module detects changes in the state of the connected device.

3. Communication with Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP):

• Once the module detects a change in the state of the connected device, it sends a signal to the fire alarm control panel.

4. Supervised Circuit:

• The circuit connected to the monitor module is supervised, meaning the module can detect faults like open or short circuits.
